At the Abbey of Saint Vulva, 5 unpublished color plates by M. 37 x 28 cm for the sheets and cards.

Anonymous, drawings signed with the initials M. At the Abbey of Saint Vulva. 5 unpublished color plates by M. Set of large cards/sheets 37 x 28 cm as follows.

1 stained glass card with revealing window (holy vulva). 1 gouache plate (prayer at Matins).

1 gouache plate (private communion). 1 lamp-end plate in shades of green. Complete set in very good condition.

The nomenclature sheet details the contents of this original set that remained unpublished (no book or publication has been found). Once the cover is lifted, we discover a superb stained glass window showing Saint Vulva riding a huge turgid vit, holding a dripping vit in one hand, her face surrounded by a crown of vits. The original plate is signed M. Following under mats are four original watercolor and gouache plates, all signed M. Each plate shows a religious time (mortification, confession, prayer at Matins, and private communion).

Each plate features a wayward nun in a compromising position with either a monk or a young lad. The last plate is a sodomy scene.

The second plate is a fellatio scene of a nun by a monk. Lastly, the final plate is a green monochrome painted plate titled "Venite Adoremus" (Come, Let Us Adore). It features a seven-branched candlestick (a menorah) made up of lit vits...

Supported by a couple engaging in intercourse. Above the menorah, a vulva is drawn in a radiant triangle. This original plate is also signed M.

A unique and magnificent set in every way. Perhaps it was just an artist's amusing work? Or a project for a clandestine publication? The photographs in the ad speak for themselves. Photographs of the original drawings available on request.
