The Young Girl and the Gentleman: Windsurfing. Original drawing in Chinese ink with highlights in blue pencil. On 25 x 32 cm Bristol paper. Editorial annotations on the edge of the drawing. Very good condition, with a few tiny stains and surface defects on the edges of the page. This is indeed the original drawing and not a reproduction. Guy VALLS was a caricaturist active in the 1950s/1970s, his lightly humorous drawings were regularly published in national newspapers (particularly France Dimanche) and magazines of the time.
