Humorous cartoonist, author of images reminiscent of Épinal and illustrated stories. He was active between 1891 and 1936.

He worked for illustrated magazines: "La Caricature," "Les Belles Images," "La Gaudriole," "Le Pêle-Mêle," "Pages Folles." THE DRAWINGS: "For the Crown," a set of 5 original plates for a story in images (ancestor of comics). Signed on the last plate. Size of each plate: 16 x 31.2 cm. The 5th plate is cornered.
