Maurice Toussaint (born September 5, 1882 in Fontenay-aux-Roses near Paris - died December 3, 1974 in Lyon) was a French painter, draftsman, and illustrator. He was the son of painter and engraver Henri Toussaint.

He gained a solid reputation for his mastery of militaria subjects. He notably illustrated numerous works on the French armies under the Ancien Régime and on the Napoleonic armies.

He also created advertising illustrations for the railway network. Finally, he illustrated many historical novels by Alexandre Dumas..
