It consists of 27 plates, including 5 engravings, one as a frontispiece representing Michel Fokine, etched in black by Seguin-Bertault, and 4 in colors by Molné, as well as 22 black and white photographic reproductions depicting ballet scenes or portraits of dancers. They are preceded by a text by Gérard Mulys, a star dancer from the Nouveaux Ballets de Monte-Carlo, detailing Fokine's contribution to the renewal of ballet. One of the 100 copies on Navarre paper.
