A large number of various original drawings, original gouaches or watercolors, original cover designs for magazines, etc... Coming from the archives of Marcel THIERRY, who also signed as M. "BRIN D'AMOUR, French dog" 1 Original signed plate. The 6th (out of 8) installment of the adventures of the dog Brin-d'amour, which enriched the first 8 issues of the Journal des Voyages N°6 from 04/04/1946, page 90 Comic strip with text in pencil under the drawings... Here is sold the 3rd and last Plate of this series in my possession...

Pencil and Chinese ink on drawing paper. Generally good condition, properly preserved with various frictions or sometimes small tears on edges and corners, folds, soiling or usual stains on the back (drawing used at the Printer), paper a bit yellowed as always, various inscriptions in black or blue pencil, etc...

Haloes on edges, soiling, small folds see visuals below at the bottom of the page... Dimensions of the Sheet: approximately 32x24.7cm - Unique Document! Extremely rare and little known... Sold as described, as found, with no intervention on my part...
