Note that two panels are missing from the board. Pierre Wininger, born in 1950, started in comic books in 1976. He published in Charlie Hebdo and Circus ("Victor Billetdoux"). In 1979, he created "Le Jardin Sanglant" based on a scenario by Henri Filippini for Pilote, then in an album by Dargaud. He then created "Nicéphore Vaucanson" for Okapi.
From 1987, Wininger, who is also a children's book illustrator, devoted himself to adapting many novels for "Je Bouquine". He illustrated novels by Oscar Wilde, Conan Doyle, Calvino, Carroll, Balzac, Faulkner, Shelley, Stevenson, Saint-Exupéry, Du Maurier, Charlotte Brontë, etc.
