This is the original board number 1 of the B. The Forgotten Pyramid, the first panel is detached. Note that two panels are missing from the board. Pierre Wininger, born in 1950, started in comics in 1976.
He published in Charlie Hebdo and Circus ("Victor Billetdoux"). In 1979, he created "The Bloody Garden" with a script by Henri Filippini for Pilote, then in album form with Dargaud.
He then created "Nicephore Vaucanson" for Okapi. From 1987, Wininger, who is also a children's illustrator, focused on adapting many novels for "Je Bouquine".
He illustrated novels by Oscar Wilde, Conan Doyle, Calvino, Carroll, Balzac, Faulkner, Shelley, Stevenson, Saint-Exupéry, Du Maurier, Charlotte Brontë, etc.
